The room was opulent and authentic, with an old-world feel, a balcony, and a lagoon view. I had a delightful breakfast with a great view of Venice. - the service was nice during my stay.

The location is perfect, right next to the bridge of sighs, close to San Marco square, the hotel itself is great, beautiful buildings, good atmosphere. Room is beautiful, well decorated in traditional style.

The breakfast itself was fine but the space is too small. We also had lunch in the restaurant. Eating was fine but scandalously far too expensive. Staff during lunch was also (a bit) arrogant.

Our room was nice and opulent and had an excellent view of the canal. Delightful and great breakfast was waiting for us in restaurant and food was fresh.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this absolutely amazing and lovely place. The breakfast in the restaurant was delightful and great.- My room was opulent and wonderful with canal views.- Generally everything was well-maintained.- The location was unbeatable and super, not far from the Ocean.- The cafe next to check-in and restaurant for breakfast are in a wonderful area.- Doge's Palace was located in the vicinity.

The downside is that when you sit in the lobby you have to walk to the bar to order a drink. Given the prices and their status, it is more important to look at the guests.

The hotel is grand old and beautiful historical with caring staff at both the reception desk and the Concierge desk. The breakfast is generous, the room is great value for money and well-maintained with a balcony. Rooftop restaurant on the premises is fantastic!

The hotel is located right by the water taxi to the private entrance, the main canal, and the airport. The staff members at both the reception desk and the Concierge desk are caring and attentive.- The breakfast offers a variety of choices.

The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Canale Grande and Santa Maria is really world class!

We had an a nice size and well-equipped room with luxury bathroom, that's big plus. Incredible and wonderful location, the breakfast was rich with wine, coffee & tea and yet another beautiful view of the Grand Canal...

Room too small for the price. No coffee machine in the room and no iron. Not allowed by fire department according to hotel staff but I think it is commercial blabla.

In the rooms, you can have a lick of paint against a little overdue maintenance. The shower (two items!) could be better. The jet is not perfect and the water not of constant temperature. It is impossible in a 5 star hotel.
